This week’s Tuesday Tune is ‘Dieppe Dance‘. I live not-a-million-miles-away from the sea, and not-a-million-miles-away from Dieppe. Back in the day, this piece of music was played in the background of an information film as the P&O ferry came into port. Nowadays I like to imagine it would be good as a dance piece on Strictly Come Dancing, with its steady rhythm and short-and-sweet format. What do you think?
